Small Group Exercise
Groups are kept small (limited to 10 places) so they are more like small group personal training rather than traditional "bootcamps"or large gym classes which can have up to 30 people.
I ensure I spend time coaching everyone as an individual as well as a group. We all get to know each other and have a sense of team spirit, making sure everyone feels welcome whatever their level of fitness.
