Small group training is great if you don't like the larger gym style classes but like the idea of being accountable to a group. You get more attention from a fully qualified PT. This means you get more 1:1 time than in big classes and exercises can be more specifically modified for your needs especially if you are new to exercise or getting back to it after a break, such as pregnancy, injury or just after a busy period with life in general! I get to know you as an individual but you get to share the fun with others without becoming anonymous or left behind. All groups are limited to 10 participants and sessions are about 45 mins including a warm up and cool down.
